"What the heck?" you may ask yourself. That is the stuff that they use on me in physical therapy that is fantasticness in a tube. It temporarily eases the pain in my hip and would guess it to be similar to any IcyHot cream or something similar. Thankfully for me they sell it there on the office and apparently also at CVS, therefore, I bought some to bring home. It is temporary relief for 20 to 30 minutes. Best $10 I spent today.
